Our belief is that really effective corporate training requires an investment from everyone: your company; us as consultants; of course the participants; definitely the sponsors and senior business managers. It really is about a partnership approach. Tick the box training isn’t our style, because it just doesn’t work very well.

The company was started in 1989 in the UK and the business moved to Australia in 1998. We have worked with over 300 organisations, large and small, in every business sector and in almost every part of the world.
