Fiona Johnston

Fiona came to Australia 3 years ago for an ‘easy life’ and having realized that’s not reality for her got stuck into senior roles as GM of Lowe Hunt Draft and then MP of Publicis Mojo/Triangle . With a background in marketing and senior management that spans global powerhouses such as Interbrew and PepsiCo International, Fiona has spent much of her career to date managing and coaching a variety of levels. Prior to Australia she spent 5 years as Director of Euro RSCG KLP in London.

Be it as a mentor or negotiator to achieve better success for all, Fiona relishes the challenge of ‘finding a way’. Her first venture into the world of ‘personality types’ came through the launch of a club night in Edinburgh where managing the nuances between police, doormen and ‘DJ’ egos taught her some valuable lessons in being a chameleon!

Fiona believes success can be achieved by anyone as long as they have the right resources to do it. She is currently coaching and consulting in Sydney and has a degree with distinction from Edinburgh in Retail Business with a major in Consumer Psychology.
