Richard Wentworth-Ping

Plucked from Sheffield just in time, before a Yorkshire accent developed, Richard realized in 1987 that he may be able to earn a living doing something he really enjoyed. That enjoyment has not waned.

A background in FMCG and then print media gave him operational experience in sales, marketing, management and client service. Managing Wentworth Training keeps him touch with the issues, challenges and joys of what the people he trains are going through.

Richard has worked with many clients, in many countries, in every business sector.  He’s run workshops in a greenhouse (hot that one), a management development program on a beach, and has any number of devious games to confuse, frustrate and humiliate participants if they are getting out of hand.

Richard has established a reputation as an insightful, knowledgeable and inspiring facilitator, coach and mentor. He is a guest lecturer for Sydney University, University of Technology Sydney, The Advertising Federation of Australia and The Helpdesk Association as well as numerous key note speeches throughout the year.
