Fun Team Building Activities, Exercises & Games

We have a number of interesting and fun team building activities, exercises and games that can be used for improving the overall effectiveness of your organisation:

Movie Making – each team has to film a 3 minute video aimed at reinforcing key learning points from the training. They are given a choice of genre and props, general guidelines to adhere to and of course a video camera each. The best films/best actors are recognised by a film viewing followed by an Oscar presentation ceremony. A fun and inspiring activity that requires creativity, organisation and teamwork.

Group Juggle - all members of the team have to attempt to keep as many balls in the air for as long as possible. This encourages teamwork and motivation.

Blindfold Polygon - a clear task but one that challenges the team and requires good decision making process and leadership.

Spider Web - where team members have to pass each other through a rope web.

Ping Pong Challenge - retrieve a table tennis ball from a length of plastic pipe with one sealed end, using water. It is up to you to find the water. You may not retrieve the ball by reaching down into the pipe and you may not drop the pipe into the pool to float the ball.

Where’s Mr Ping? - a simulated meeting where everyone has information and needs to share it to solve the dilemma.
