Games For Team Building

• Hidden Enemies - two teams attend a meeting together. One team is running the meeting, the other team have three members playing “difficult” roles. The subject is discussed and the lead team has to facilitate effectively, encourage the difficult members to participate and give appropriate feedback on the difficult behaviour.
  
  
• Scavenger Hunt - Your team must find and bring to the facilitators as many of the specified objects on the scavenger list.
  
  
• Tennis Ball Travel - the team has to get across a “toxic” space using only tennis balls to balance on.
  
  
• Traffic Jam - this is one for the board games wizards. It requires planning and often gets the quieter members to step into a leadership role.
  
  
• Sing Song - One of your team must play an instrument and sing a recognisable song for at least 60 seconds. 
  
  
• Egg on your face - Two members of the team must throw and catch an egg, over a marked distance, without it breaking. Rules state that no device (bag, cushion etc) may be used to catch the egg. It must be thrown and caught by hands.
