The Management and Leadership Courses we run for clients enable participants to start enjoying the leadership and management role by giving them practical tools and an inspiring picture of how they can become a person that “leads” people and “manages” tasks and resources to achieve results. How does our management and leadership training program work?
Our Management and Leadership training programs may contain any or all of the following elements:
- A strong focus on self-insight and awareness through the use of tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, a self audit process and 360° feedback
- Experiential learning during workshops and through the use of work based projects
- Alignment with established competencies
- Key executives invited to sponsor the program
- Establishing mentoring within your organization
- Personal, one on one coaching sessions (available either face to face or via telephone or email)
